Bosnian unit of Germanys Mann+Hummel sees 30% rise in 2013 turnover.

The Bosnian unit of German automotive equipment manufacturer Mann+Hummel plans to post a 30% rise in total turnover this year to EUR 31mn, the companys director Smail Ramovic was quoted as saying by news service eKapija. Over 95% of the plants production is exported to Europe, the US and China. Mann+Hummel invested EUR 12mn in its Bosnian arm in 2006-2012 and plans to invest another EUR 10mn by 2018. The Bosnian plant employs some 470 people, out of which 380 are full-time employees. Mann+Hummel has been present in Bosnia since 2005 when it took over Bosnian fuel filter producer Unico Filter, based in the north-eastern town of Tesanj.
