Bosnian steel pipes manufacturer Unis Fabrika Cijevi said it plans to take credit from Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank in order to refinance BAM 21.9mn (EUR 11.2mn) worth of overdue liabilities. The company will, however, need to use own assets of large value as collateral for the loan, it said in a filing to the Banja Luka bourse. That is why it is calling an extraordinary shareholders meeting on April 9 to approve a decision to use assets worth BAM 76.3mn as collateral. Unis Fabrika Cijevi is part of Bosnian group Balkan Steel.
