Belarus drafts oil import accord from Kazakhstan.

Belarus and Kazakhstan are drawing up a draft agreement on crude oil deliveries, deputy PM Andrey Kabyakov has stated. The document will specify the terms of oil deliveries from Kazakhstan to Belarus. The deputy PM added that Belarus is drafting the agreement despite reaching agreement with Russia on new terms of crude oil deliveries. To remind you, Kazakhstan declared its will to supply oil to Belarus this year. The issue was also raised during president Alexandr Lukashenkas visit to Astana to attend the OSCE summit.
