In Q1, the assets of ATFBank, Kazakhstan-based subsidiary of UniCredit, rose 4% y/y reaching KZT 1,008.3bn, according to the bank's financial statements. ATFBanks liabilities grew 4.4% to KZT 974.2bn and the equity capital dropped 3.5% to KZT 33.9bn, while the authorized capital remained flat at KZT 113.2bn. In Q1 bank posted a net loss of KZT 1.7bn, an increased of 4% y/y. To remind you, UniCredit purchased Kazakhstan-based ATFBank in November 2007 with the approximate price of deal of USD 2.1bn. |
