US Johnson Controls mulls setting up plant in Serbia - report.

US Johnson Controls, a leading global producer of automotive seating, overhead systems, door and instrument panels, and interior electronics, is considering setting up a production facility in Korman Polje, near the factory of local car maker Fiat Automobili Srbija (FAS), Politika has reported citing sources from the Kragujevac authorities. According to the daily, the US company is interested in the possibilities for cooperation with FAS. Johnson Controls holds 30% of worlds market in car interiors production. It employs over 140,000 workers in 50 factories worldwide. Italian automotive components makers Magneti Marelli, as well as Koreas Yura are also interested in establishing cooperation with FAS, Politika wrote.
