Tatra banka is leader in customer satisfaction in Slovakia - survey.

Tatra banka was the leading bank in Slovakia in terms of customer satisfaction, according to a survey conducted by consultancy companies PricewaterhuseCoopers (PwC) and Senteo, PwC said on its website. In the latest edition of the Customer Experience Index (CEI), Tatra banka ranked first in Slovakia with 4 points, fallowed by Vseobecna uverova banka (VUB) with 3.96 points and UniCredit Bank with 3.94 score. Customers were least satisfied by Volksbank that got 3.25 points. CEI rates the banks on the basis of five core elements of customer experience: brand, communication, environment, offering and culture and the scale ranges from 1 to 5, where 5 is the highest score. Tatra banka scored first in the brand and culture categories. Eight Slovak banks participated in the survey. The survey covered 90 banks from Russia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The banks in Slovakia ranked second with an aggregate score of 3.7 points, behind the leader Czech Republic with 3.85 score. Tatra Banka is a member of Raiffeisenbank Group.
