Six block deals in two Bosnian firms generate EUR 2.64mn on Banja Luka bourse.

Six block deals with the shares of mining company Rudnik Krecnjaka Integral Carmeuse and limestone manufacturer Fabrika Kreca Carmeuse Integral generated a combined turnover of BAM 5.17mn (EUR 2.64mn) on Bosnias Banja Luka bourse on Monday, April 2, bourse data showed. Three of the block deals were with the mining companys shares and the other three with the shares of the limestone manufacturer. In each of the three transactions a total of 12,201,187 shares in Rudnik Krecnjaka Integral Carmeuse changed hands at BAM 1 per share. Each of the deals totalled BAM 1.22mn. Meanwhile, each of the transactions in Fabrika Kreca Carmeuse Integral amounted to BAM 501,603 after 687,127 shares were traded at BAM 0.73 in each of the three deals. According to Monday data of the bourses website, the Netherlands-registered Bohemian Lime B.V. is the largest single shareholder in the mining company with a 25% stake. The investor also owns 75% of Fabrika Kreca Carmeuse Integral. Three Bosnian businessmen hold each 6.33% stakes in the limestone manufacturer, as well as equal stakes of 21.2% in Rudnik Krecnjaka Integral Carmeuse.
