RS government sees no basis for Kosovo recognition by Bosnia.

By bne IntelliNews July 30, 2010
The RS government has concluded that there was no basis for Bosnian authorities to recognise the opinion of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on the self-proclaimed independence of the former Serbian province of Kosovo. Therefore, the RS government cannot recognise Kosovo as an independent state. The RS justice ministry has been assigned the task to prepare a draft decision on the establishment of expert group that will have to study carefully the ICJ opinion. The RS political leaders consider that for the time being the RS should continue respecting the Dayton Agreement, while the situation after the ICJ ruling should be carefully explored.
