Poland's IPOPEMA Securities completed the acquisition of 100% of Credit Suisse Asset Management (Polska), the buyer said in a statement on its website. The Polish financial supervision authority cleared the acquisition in September. The approval of the competition watchdog was obtained in May. Following the transaction, IPOPEMA Group's new subsidiary will operate under the name IPOPEMA Asset Management. The new company manages assets of PLN 2.7bn. |
