Opposition: Russia's VTB Bank loans Ukraine USD 2bn.

MP Andrii Senchenko from the faction of the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko, who is the finance minister in the opposition government, has said Russia's VTB Bank has provided Ukraine with a loan of USD 2bn. He criticized the current Ukrainian government for carrying out non-transparent policy and boosting the state debt of Ukraine. As earlier reported, late in April 2010, the Russian government said Bank VTB was prepared to provide Ukraine with a loan of USD 500mn. Russian VTB Bank controls VTB Bank in Ukraine.
