NLB Montenegrobanka reportedly replaces CEO.

Commercial bank NLB Montenegrobanka has replaced its CEO Crtomir Mesaric, newswire seebiz.eu informed without revealing possible reasons for the replacement. Mesaric, who has been on the post since March 2006, has been replaced by the BoD member Anton Ribnikar. NLB Montenegrobanka ended the first three months of the year with a marginal net profit of EUR 0.01mn, representing 94.7% y/y contraction. The bank is majority controlled by Slovenian lender NLB.
