Montenegros parliament begins debate on 2011 draft budget.

Montenegros parliament began debating the 2011 draft budget, Mina news agency reported. The government adopted at end-October the draft budget for next year with a deficit of 2.4% of GDP, down from the planned 4.2% for 2010. The consolidated state budget posted a marginal deficit of EUR 0.02mn in the first nine months of the year, compared to a deficit of EUR 7.4mn a year earlier, and below the target of EUR 156.3mn.
