Montenegro's public debt rises to 44.5% of GDP in Jan-Nov 2011.

The state debt of Montenegro reached EUR 1,457.5mn or 44.5% of GDP in January-November 2011, the finance ministry reported. The debt has narrowed by 0.7% compared to the previous month when it stood at 44.3% of the projected end-year GDP. Foreign debt amounted to EUR 1,069.4mn or 32.6% of GDP, while domestic debt stood at EUR 388.1mn or 11.9% of GDP.
