Indesit Company, which controls around 10% of Poland's white good market, expects the industry to lower growth in 2013 than 3.8% expected for this year, according to its country manager for Poland Lorenzo Fiorani. He attributed the lower projected growth to the lower number of housing units expected to be handed over in 2013 vs. 2012. Fiorani also said he expects white good prices to drop by 1-2% next year. Indesit, which invested over EUR 250mn in Poland in the last decade, has four production facilities in the country, producing fridges, cookers, washing machines and dishwashers. |
