Hungarys logistics group Waberer EBITDA up 11% in H1 2012.

Hungary's logistic group Waberer Holding reported an increase of EBITDA by 11% y/y to EUR 21mn in the first half of 2012, Hungary Around the Clock informed. The company did not provide profit figures. Waberer generated revenue of more than EUR 185mn in January to June. The company invested EUR 27mn to buy new trucks and spent EUR 1.5mn on other investments, such as IT. Waberer Holding, which is the sixth largest hauler in Europe with a fleet of 2,500 vehicles, aims to boost presence on its five most important markets in the future: Hungary, Germany, the UK, France and Italy.
