FinMin hopes for Moody's and R&I to upgrade Ukraine's ratings.

The ministry of finance reckons on international rating agencies Moody's Investors Service and Rating and Investment Information (R&I) to upgrade Ukraine 's ratings, deputy finance minister Andrii Kravets has announced. Kravets positively characterises rating actions by the agencies Fitch and Standard & Poor's concerning Ukraine . The deputy minister pronounced confidence in that the recent rating moves by Fitch and Standard & Poor's were preconditioned by political stabilisation in Ukraine, formation of a fresh parliamentary coalition and of the government.
