Estonian law firm Lextal is expanding to Latvia through a merger with law office B2B in Riga, and a merger with L. Siksniute & Partners in Vilnius. B2B is renowned for expertise in financial, construction, and trade law. B2B has managed projects with total value of more than EUR 200mn. L. Siksniute & Partners focuses on corporate, real estate, construction, energy, environmental law, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. Lextal has been founded in 2003, and it has opened an office in Moldova in 2009.
