EE: Insurance company Aon merges its Baltic subsidiaries.

Insurance company Aon announced that it would merge all three Baltic States subsidiaries into one company as of July. The company indicates that current market share of the company is 14% in Estonia , 9% in Latvia , and 16% in Lithuania . The company mediated total of premiums in amount of EEK 248mn (EUR 15.8mn). The company has total of 93 employees in the Baltic States . The company is part of the Aon group, which employs more than 36,000 people around the globe.
