Estonian banks had total of 1.9mn users using Internet banking users as of end-2011, with number of telephone banking users amounting to 0.9mn. Swedbank had 0.9mn online banking users, and 0.5mn telephone banking users, both of the figures remained stable m/m. SEB Bank had 0.6mn online banking users, and 0.1mn users of mobile banking. Danske bank had 0.2mn online banking users, and 0.2mn telephone banking users, while Nordea bank had 0.1mn online banking users.
