Lola Karimova-Tillyaeva, daughter of Uzbekistan’s late first president Islam Karimov, has reportedly sold her Beverly Hills mansion, Le Palais, for around $36mn.
Le Palais was purchased by Karimova-Tillyaeva in 2013 for $32.75mn from real estate developer Mohammed Hadid, according to The Wall Street Journal. The seven-bedroom mansion, spanning 4,500 square metres, is located opposite the Beverly Hills Hotel and features luxurious amenities including a summer terrace, a home theatre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a Turkish bath.
Karimova-Tillyaeva, known in the West as “Till”, and her husband, Timur Tillyaev, previously put three homes in Hollywood up for sale in 2018. They also own real estate in France and Switzerland, while their home in Geneva is valued at $41mn.
Karimova-Tillyaeva, whose father passed away in September 2016, is the founder of Harmonist Maison de Parfum perfume company, while her husband owned the largest wholesale market in Uzbekistan, Abu Sahiy.
