Croatias Plodine to pay EUR 11.4/share dividend for 2011.

Croatian retail chain Plodine will pay a dividend of HRK 86.5 (EUR 11.4) per share for 2011, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb burse. The company decided to distribute dividends for the total amount of HRK 7.78mn from its 2011 profit, which amounted to HRK 40.8mn. Plodine also said it will allocate HRK 33mn to retained profit. The decision was taken at the general shareholders meeting held on May 21.
