Croatias Atlantic grupa to issue HRK 115mn bonds.

Croatias consumer goods producer and distributor Atlantic grupa plans to issue corporate bonds worth HRK 115mn in order to refinance bonds, maturing on December 6, 2011, daily Banka Magazine informed. The company will place the issue on September 7, 2011 through a public offering. The interest rate on the new issue will depend on the interest of investors and reference interest rates. In 2006, the group issued corporate bonds for the total amount of HRL 115mn. The papers have 5-year maturity. The issue was guaranteed by three companies of the group Atlantic Trade, Cedevita and Neva. Atlantic produces instant vitamin drinks and sports foods, cosmetics and personal care products. The company also distributes fast-moving consumer goods in South-Eastern Europe.
