China's Bankcard Consumer Confidence Index (BCCI) declined 0.90 points registering 86.20 in February this year. As reported by Xinhua's China Economic Information Service, the value of transactions at supermarkets grew 1.10% points during the period, due to the increase in prices of food. The value of transactions posted at hotels declined 0.34% points during the period, due to the decrease in business activities.
