CEE's biggest software company Asseco Poland posted revenue of PLN 4.96bn (EUR 1.20bn) in 2011 vs. PLN 3.24bn (EUR 0.81bn) a year before, according to the blue chip's annual report. Its consolidated net profit attributable to equity holders was PLN 397.1mn (EUR 95.9mn) vs. PLN 414.3mn (EUR 103.5mn), respectively. Sales of its proprietary IT solutions exceeded 70% of the total last year, as its president Adam Goral notes. The firm attributes the surge in sales revenue last year to the consolidation of Israeli-based Formula Systems (as of Dec 1 of 2010). Asseco Poland is Europe's seventh-biggest software company.
