Bulgarias antitrust body allows Ficosota Syntez to acquire Ital Food.

The state antitrust commission allowed local company Ficosota Syntez to acquire the full stake in the food producer Ital Food Industries, the regulator informed on its website. Ficosota Syntez produces home care and personal care products. Both companies are located in the northeast city of Shumen. The two companies operate on different markets in the county therefore the regulator does not expect any negative impacts from the concentration. Also, the watchdog does not expect the establishment of dominant positions to impede the competition.
