Bulgaria's unemployment rate at 12.4% in November - Eurostat.

Bulgaria's unemployment rate declined by 0.2 percentage points to 12.4% in November 2012 but remained considerably above the unemployment rate in the EU27 - 10.7% (unchanged from the previous month), Eurostat data showed. The unemployment rate is above the rate, measured in terms of registrations with the local labour agency. The latter hit 11.3% at the end of November, up by 3 basis points m/m.
