Bosnias indirect taxation authority collects EUR 221mn in gross revenue in Jan.

Bosnias indirect taxation authority (UIO) collected gross revenue of BAM 433mn (EUR 221mn) in January, up 4% on the year, news service Capital.ba reported. The net amount of the revenue in the first month of the year totalled BAM 374mn and was by BAM 4mn higher compared to a year earlier, Capital.ba cited information from the UIO. The authority has allocated BAM 51mn to finance Bosnias state level institutions, BAM 200mn was sent to the Federation and BAM 104mn to the Serb Republic, while the remaining BAM 11mn went to the neutral Brcko district. The Federation and the Republic are the two autonomous parts that make up Bosnia.
