Bosnian-Czech consortium to construct Mahovljani interchange.

Representatives from the RS government, RS public company RS Motorways (RSM), and consortium of local builder Niskogradnja and Czech OHL ZS inked on Tuesday (Mar 16) an agreement on the construction of Mahovljani interchange within the highway Banja Luka Gradiska. The Bosnian-Czech consortium should build the interchange within the next 20 months. The project is worth EUR 11.5mn (KM 22.5mn). The required funds for its implementation were secured through a EUR 21mn credit agreement with the EBRD, while the European Commission granted EUR 5mn. The construction of the interchange will allow for the completion of the construction of the Banja LukaGradiska motorway, which links Banja Luka with the international transport corridor X.
