The Bosniak caucus in the upper chamber of the RS Parliament, the Council of Peoples, launched on Jan 4 a procedure of protecting vital national interest, Fena news agency reported. The caucus claims that the structure of the new cabinet, elected just a week earlier, has not respected the right of all the constitutive peoples to be represented in the executive power. If an agreement on the issue is not reached within the Council of Peoples, the entity Constitutional Court should take a stance on the issue. In the meantime, the previous cabinet acts in a technical term.
