Bosnia to apply for EUR 166mn loan with EIB to finance road construction.

Bosnias government has decided to apply for a EUR 166mn loan with the European Investment Bank (EIB) to finance the second stage of Corridor 5c, Onasa newswire reported. The project envisages the construction of a 31-km motorway on Corridor 5c that connects Bosnia with Croatia. Bosnia will build a 20.35-km section from Vlakovo to Tarcin and a 10.76-km section from Svilaj to Odzak. The EIB loan will have a maturity of 25 years with a grace period of 4 years.
