Biggest software firm Asseco Poland finalizes takeover of CK ZETO.

CEE's biggest software company Asseco Poland has completed the takeover of 99.87% in IT firm CK ZETO for PLN 42.47mn (EUR 10.1mn), according to the firm's market filing. In December, Asseco signed a letter of intent on the acquisition of the stake with CK ZETO's (individual) shareholders. CK ZETO specializes in outsourcing IT services, especially document management and database security. According to recent announcements, Asseco Poland is now looking at three major possible acquisition processes, while in two cases, the talks are at an advanced stage.
