By bne IntelliNews August 4, 2011
The state antitrust commission has started investigation with respect to potential abuse with dominant position and cartel agreements of Lukoil Bulgaria, the regulator said on its website. The action was spurred by the recently prepared analyses on the fuel market in the country, which showed similar movements of fuel wholesale prices. Also, specific contractual conditions and trading practices of Lukoil with its partners raised concerns that the market can be closed.
