US Sky Petroleum appoints Raiffeisen Albania CEO to board.

US-based mineral exploration company Sky Petroleum, which is active in Albania, has appointed to its board of directors Oliver Whittle, CEO of Raiffeisen Albania, the largest lender on the local market, the company said in a statement. Whittle has been appointed as interim advisor before full commencement on Oct 1. We remind that Sky Petroleum launched a USD 8mn oil research project in three blocks in southern part of the country. The investor announced long-term interests in the local mineral exploration industry.
