Toyota Turkey targets USD 1.8bn revenue this year.

Orhan Ozer from Toyota Turkey, says that the company targets USD 1.8bn sales revenue this year. Toyotas output target for 2011 is 95,000 units but this figure may go up to 100,000 depending on market conditions, Ozer asserts. According to data of the branch association OSD, Toyota produced 16,752 units of vehicles in the first two months of the year and it exported 12,301 units, representing a 5% y/y increase. Toyota Turkeys output stood at 83,286 units last year.
