The Banker names Komercijalna Banka as bank of the year in Macedonia.

Magazine The Banker has given local commercial bank Komercijalna Banka the award "Bank of the Year 2010 in Macedonia". This is the fifth time the magazine gives its annual award to this lender. The selection criteria include ROE, strategic competitive advantages as well as growth rates of capital, assets and net profit. As recalled, the operating profit of Komercijalna Banka increased by 10.3% y/y to MKD 784mn (EUR 12.8mn) in January-September. At the end of June, the lender's total assets stood at MKD 64.99bn, while its equity amounted to MKD 7.08bn.
