S&P upgrades Ukraine's rating to uaA from uaBBB.

The Standard&Poor's international rating agency has placed Ukraine 's rating on national scale from uaBBB to uaA, the agency said. The rating action follower the upgrade of Ukraine's obligations in foreign currency from CCC +/C to the level of B-/C and obligations in local currency from B-/C to B/B level. Ukraine 's ratings on local and international scales take in account the same factors influencing on the creditworthiness of country's government. Enhancement of the political and credit-monetary system of Ukraine could positively influence on the rating dynamics, it noted.
