Rhea Girisim acquires 9% stake in OEP Rhea Turkey for USD 6.6mn.

ISE-listed private equity firm Rhea Girisim Sermayesi informs in a filing that it acquired a 9% additional stake in OEP Rhea Turkey Tech B.V. for a consideration of USD 6.6mn. OEP Rhea is a JV of Rhea Girisim and OEP Network Integration Services Cooperatief U.A.; and Rhea Girisim increased its stake in the company to 10% following the acquisition, the statement details.
