Profit growth of SOEs expected to decline in H2/2010.

The profit of China's state-owned enterprises (SOEs) 50.1% y/y to CNY 1.10trn during Jan-July. As reported by Asia Pulse, the figure was 11.5 percentage points lower as compared to June and analysts have also showed concern about the constantly rising base figure and expect lower GDP and SOE's profit growth during the second half of this year.
