PPI increased 1.6% y/y in April.

Philippines' producer price index (PPI) for the manufacturing industry increased 1.6% y/y in April this year, after 15 consecutive months of decreases. As reported by Reuters News, according to the data released by the statistics office, the index decreased 0.2% m/m during the period, which is the same rate of decrease recorded in March.
