Pirelli expects revenues to increase 25% in Turkey this year.

Tyre maker Pirelli expects the revenues to increase 25% to EUR 500mn in Turkey this year. The company also plans an investment of EUR 30mn in the country in 2011. Pirelli decided to produce 50,000 tyres for F1 at its plans in Izmit Kosekoy, chairman of the company, Marco Tronchetti Provera states. The company invested EUR 140mn in the last ten years and it employs 1,800 people in the country.
