OMV to establish holding company in Turkey.

Petrol Ofisi informs in a filing with the Istanbul Stock Exchange that its parent company OVM Group decides to establish a holding company, reportedly called Turkish Gas and Power Holding, to gather its energy production, sales and logistics operations in Turkey under the same roof. Petrol Ofisi will continue to focus on its main activities of oil products marketing and wholesaling operations, the statement details.
