Macedonia drops two places in WB's ease of doing business ranking.

The latest annual report Doing Business 2011, published by IFC and the World Bank, has ranked Macedonia 38th out of 183 countries in terms of ease of doing business. The country was ranked 36th in the previous report. The top spots in the latest ranking are again occupied by Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand. Yet, Macedonia still compares very favourably with the other countries in SEE, which have been ranked as follows: Slovenia (42nd), Bulgaria (51st), Montenegro (66th), Albania (82nd), Croatia (84th), Serbia (89th), Bosnia and Herzegovina (110th) and Kosovo (119th).
