LT: SEBLithuania net loss at EUR 450mn in 2009.

Lithuanian branch of SEB banking group recorded LTL 1.5bn (EUR 450mn) net loss in 2009, according to preliminary data, down from net profit of LTL 258mn in 2008. In Q4 the company recorded net loss of more than LTL 0.6bn. SEB group in Lithuania recorded net loss of LTL 1.4bn, while in 2008 the group recorded net profit of LTL 258mn. Lithuanian SEB recorded the highest loss among the Baltic States. Part of the net loss has been covered by inflows of LTL 691mn of capital from the parent bank in Sweden.
