LT: Moodys improves Lithuanias outlook to Stable.

Ratings agency Moodys improved Lithuania s long-term borrowers outlook from negative to stable. Moodys indicates that the reasons for the revision was comparatively fast economic stabilization and calmer situation in the regions financial markets. Kenneth Orchard, vice president at Moodys, said that Lithuanian economy stabilised faster than the other Baltic States and faster than expected. Main ratings agencies have already improved Lithuania s outlook to stable Fitch in March, and S&P in February.
