LT: Lithuanian airports carried 10.7% y/y more passengers in Jan-Feb.

Lithuanian airports handled total passengers traffic of 261,800 in Jan-Feb, which indicates 10.7% y/y increase, Statistics Lithuania announced. The UK was the most popular destination with 61,500 people travelling to the country, followed by Denmark (28,200 passengers), and Germany 27,900 people. 87.4% of passengers travelled on regular flights in Jan-Feb period. Lithuanian airlines carried total of 83,500 people, which indicates 6.9% y/y growth. 72.2% of the Lithuanian airlines passengers traffic travelled on charter flights.
