Lithuania recorded 4.4% y/y GDP growth in Q4, Eurostat announced, which was third best result in the EU following Estonia (up by 6.6% y/y), and Finland (up by 5.8% y/y). In q/q terms Lithuanian GDP growth stood at 1.7% q/q in Q4, which was third result following Finland (up by 2.5% q/q) and Estonia (up by 2.3% q/q), and equal to Bulgaria (up by 1.7% q/q). Euro zone GDP on average grew by 0.3% q/q in Q4, while in y/y terms growth stood at 2.0% y/y. Total EU GDP growth grew by 0.2% q/q in Q4, and by 2.1% y/y in Q4. |
