LT: Lithuania issues bonds with total face value of USD 750mn.

Lithuania issued bonds with total face value of USD 750mn (EUR 589.5mn). The due date for the bonds is September 14th, 2017. The bonds have annual coupon rate of 5.125%. Moody's provided rating of Baa1 for the issue, S&P rating is BBB, and Fitch gave BBB rating for the bond issue. The issue is to be closed on September 14th, 2010. The bonds are issued at 99.281% of the nominal value.
