Precizika- MET SC has opened a new production plant producing solar power panels in Lithuania . Precizika- MET SC is a joing project of Lithuanian company Moderniosios E-Technologijos ( MET ), with Lithuanian company Precizika Metrology. Both companies co-invested LTL 10mn (EUR 2.9mn) in the plant. Plant area amounts to 1,300 sq. meters, and it will create 20-25 new vacancies. All production will be exported to South Korea and Netherlands . Another plant that will manufacture solar power elements is being built and is planned to open in 2012, with investments of more than LTL 100mn in the plant, of which LTL 50mn will come from the EU aid, and other LTL 50mn by BOD Group and its partners.
