LT: Bank of Lithuania offers Zolfo Cooper Europe as Snoras administrator.

Bank of Lithuania proposed Zolfo Cooper Europe (ZCE) as a candidate for Snoras administrator position to the court resolving the bankruptcy case of bank Snoras. The head administrator would be Neil Cooper, a senior partner of ZCE. Temporary administrator of the bank is Simon Freakley, a senior partner of ZCE. Depositors and creditors association of Snoras clients offered an alternative candidate Paulius Koverovas, while another group of creditors is offering Vermosa as the bankruptcy administrator. Bank of Lithuania has initiated bankruptcy procedures for bank Snoras, while Vilnius district court is currently considering the case.
