Iranian corporation Petrochemical Commercial Co. (PCC) is interested in investing in Macedonia, Alfa TV station reported. PCC is engaged in marketing and sales of petrochemical products globally. The company intends to open a joint factory with UKs Johnson Matthey for the production of catalysts for the petrochemical industry. Reportedly, an initial investment of EUR 100mn has been proposed during talks with the Macedonian government. As recalled, in April Johnson Matthey opened its GBP 34mn facility for the production of emission control catalysts in the industrial zone Bunardzik near Skopje. |
